At Modhaven, we’ve simplified the building process, because building your dream modular home should be exciting, not daunting or stressful. We take a straightforward, transparent approach to building modular homes, meaning you’ll know exactly what to expect right up until you are handed the keys to your new home. See our three steps to simplify the journey to your new home.
01. Select
At Modhaven, we’ve made it easy to create an architecturally designed modular home. In the pre-construction journey, our sales experts guide you through our curated range of architecturally designed units. Once you have selected a unit design that suits your requirements, we will work with you to ensure the design is appropriate for your site.
Once the design and site are confirmed, you have a selection of materials and finishes to choose from to personalise your moveable home.
02. Build
We begin building your modular home in our Tauranga-based factory. At Modhaven, we have highly skilled, licensed tradespeople such as electricians, plumbers, carpenters and finishing specialists.
Depending on the design, we can complete your modular home in as little as six weeks. While our expert team is working on your moveable home, we can also provide expert advice on how to prepare and lay the foundations of your site simultaneously.
03. Install
After we’ve finished constructing your modular home, it’s time to get moving! We can help arrange transport and consent to get your new modular home transported to its new site.
Once your new home is safely delivered to your site, it’s a simple process of organising all connections to get your new modular home ready for move-in day. We can put you in touch with local tradespeople to complete these connections and building codes.
