The Okareka modular home is a spacious one-bedroom, self-contained unit. This modular unit has built-in wardrobe storage along with a kitchenette, laundry and bathroom.

The energy-efficient design makes this pod ideal for use as a granny flat, studio or sleepout. Being 3m wide, the Okareka pod doesn’t require a permit or pilot vehicle for transport and can be built on a custom trailer, making it ideal for a transportable minor dwelling.

Building a modular home with Modhaven will save you money and time. Our units are built at our Tauranga factory to order, meaning builds are exact, quick to assemble and minimise construction waste. Our unique manufacturing process means there is far less labour on site, which allows our designs to be completed efficiently.
